We grilled some shrimp that had marinated in olive oil, a little lemon juice, garlic salt and course ground pepper on our stove top grill pan. Sauteed red peppers, green peppers and onion in the same mixture as the shrimp. Blistered some small Smart&Delicious tortillas, put it all together with Hubby's homemade guacamole , sour cream and then...went to shrimp heaven! SC 2/2 (if you have 2 fajitas)
